A \u201ctable de hote\u201d style with a four-course dinner comprising of Appetizer, Entr\u00e9e, Main and Dessert served to each table and consisting of delicately prepared delicacies ranging from modern contemporary Vietnamese to traditional Gourmet European dishes reflecting the luxury of Christmas and including Roast Turkey with roasted vegetables, cranberry, Eggnog and of course traditional Christmas Pudding and Christmas Cake (individually gift wrapped and delivered to each guest.) The evening will commence with a General Manager hosted cocktail party from 6.00pm to 7.00pm with a range of exquisite canapes and free flow sparkling, white and red wine, local beers and soft drinks before the guests are greeted by the dramatic Lion Dance which will escort them to their table, ending with an even more dramatic drummer and Lion dance on stage.\u00a0 Entertainment throughout the evening will include modern dance troupe, traditional Vietnamese dances and supported by our resident band.\u00a0 The evening will cascade into an evening of fine dining and dancing under the star filled night. We are expecting a special VIP visit from Santa Clause himself especially for our La Siesta guests.<\/p>\n

A \u201ctable de hotel\u201d style with a decadent seafood BBQ.\u00a0 The four-course dinner will be delivered to each table and supported by the seafood BBQ stations overflowing with oysters, banana wrapped smoked fish, prawn skewers, lobster and a variety of fresh locally caught fish from the market.\u00a0 The appetizer, Entr\u00e9e, Main and desserts will feature our signature dishes from both our Red Bean and Temple Restaurants and will be enhanced by the traditions of New Year\u2019s Eve, in celebration of the coming New Year. We will welcome the New Year at individual times of the geographical origins of our guests starting with New Zealand at 7.00pm and onwards for the evening to ensure all guests get to welcome the New Year in their time zone as well as Vietnam.\u00a0 The dancefloor will be poolside and supported by our resident band as well as an array of local talents in celebration of the year that has been and the year to come.\u00a0 A truly decadent night of celebrations, gourmet dining and sensational entertainment erupting into absolute sensation with resort based fireworks and a countdown to be remembered.<\/p>\n
