“World class service”
We stayed here for our honeymoon and were blown away with the quality. We had some issues with our visas and had to make some stressful last minute changes to our stay, which the hotel was very accommodating with. The location was fantastic, the room was cosy with amenities in good nick, and the breakfast was delightful. But hands down the best part of our stay was the service. All the staff were friendly and helpful – with a special mention to Amanda, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and eventful. She even checked in with us a few days later on our trip elsewhere in the country. A gold standard in hospitality. Definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely blown away by the hospitality of the hotel team. Everyone was nice, smiley, polite and ever so ready to help. From reception, to restaurant, to housekeeping, excellent service throughout. Special compliments to David, the front desk receptionist. Very helpful throughout my entire stay and even checked in on us for the rest of our Vietnam trip even after we checked out of the hotel. Totally impressed. Keep up the great work! Rooms are clean and great location. Looking forward to be back!

“THE BEST!”
This hotel and staff were beyond exceptional! When I first arrived, I was greeted by David. I was exhausted and hungry from long travels and David walked me over to a local coffee shop before I even checked in. He also personally went and grabbed a Banhmi for me and offered to take payment later. He just wanted me to enjoy their culture and food. David also went out of his way to give me his contact number for personal assistance and provided recommendations. David also personally engaged an outside service for my laundry pick up, drop off, and payment. Amanda, Alice, and Anh were also amazing! Every time I needed help, they were always there and always welcoming whatever the situation was.My room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. David set me up with a room with a balcony which was awesome. The house keepers kept my room clean and tidy while I went out and about to explore Hanoi. They were also very pleasant and welcoming.
This hotel was an amazing and perfect experience for my first trip to Hanoi and set the bar very high. Coming from a hotel background, I have expectations and they blew it out the water. If I ever go back to Hanoi, I will definitely book again!

Admittedly, we experienced some culture shock upon our arrival in Hanoi. As first-timers to Viet Nam, the traffic, noise, pace, and smells were somewhat overwhelming after a long day of travel.Thankfully, we booked four nights at this hotel where we were treated like royalty! They arranged airport pick-up and greeted us with tea and cookies and escorted us to our clean, cool, and comfortable room.
Amanda acted as our personal conceirge and did everything for us: Restaurant and tour recommendations, reservations, and transportation. She even hooked us up with a mani/pedi and massage., which we truly appreciated. Thank you, pretty Amanda, you’re a gem and a great ambassador for your hotel and Hanoi!
I enthusiastically recommend this hotel when visiting Hanoi.

This was an exceptionally good hotel, well located in the Old Quarter, with staff who went over and above the call of duty. Breakfast is included in the accommodation cost and again this was exceptionally good. There was a mix of European and Vietnamese options and it really set us up for the day. The hotel rooms are nice and quiet despite being in such a busy city. We were allowed a late checkout which was really helpful. We stated here twice – once at the beginning of our stay and at the end after a trip to the north. On our return we were given an upgrade to a bigger room which we really appreciated.
