Overview:

Set sail through the spectacular landscape of Lan Ha Bay with our Capella cruise. As well as the ship’s design was a combination of a luxury superyacht and Indochina ambiance, the cruise itinerary also offers a harmony of relaxing in the magical landscape and experience our high-grade entertaining facilities. The 2 day-1 night “CAPELLA” cruise gives you the chance to explore more of the bays while leaving you plenty of time to chill and relax!

Itinerary

DAY 1: TUAN CHAU – HA LONG – LAN HA BAY – AO ECH

• 11:30 Warmly welcomed by Capella team in Tuan Chau pier. Complete the check-in procedure.
• 12:15 Get transfer to the Capella cruise by a tender boat. Cruise briefing before check-into our suite cabins.
• 13:00 Buffet lunch served at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant (vegetarian and special diet catered for)
• 15:15 Cruise anchors for outdoor activities. Free access to our high-grade entertaining facilities including Oasis Pool and Jacuzzi; Floating Ocean Pool; Inflatable Water Slide; Kayak; Mini-golf course.
• 17:30 Enjoy freshly prepared snacks and your favorite drinks while waiting for sunset on Lan Ha Bay. Take advatage of the Happy hours “Buy 1 get 1 free” drink program at the Spirit of the Sea Lounge and the Ocean Sky Sundeck.
• 19:00 A gourmet dinner menu in delighted fusion cuisine served at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant.
• 20:30 Free to enjoy our onboard recreations such as the Cigar & Poker room; Night Squid Fishing; Boarding game at the Spirit of the Sea Lounge … We spend a peaceful night on board the Capella cruise.

DAY 2: DARK & BRIGHT CAVE – LAN HA BAY – TUAN CHAU

• 06:00 Tai-chi exercise at Ocean Sky Sundeck to welcome a new day.
• 06:15 A light breakfast is served at the Harmony of the Sea Restaurant.
• 07:15 Quick transfer by tender boat to visit the Bright cave by traditional rowing bamboo boats. You will see an angled passageway opening the cave at water level and a serene round lake surrounded by lush trees and precipitous stone cliffs.
• 08:45 Back to Capella Cruise, shower, and downtime.
• 09:30 Cabin check-out procedure while cruising towards the port.
• 09:45 Buffet brunch at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant after check-out
• 11:00 Back to Tuan Chau pier by tender boat. Farewell

Price Includes

• 1-night accommodation at a Capella’s suite cabin (all featured with private balcony/terrace and ocean-view bathtub)
• 4 dining experiences: welcome lunch buffet, Chef’s special dinner set menu, Light breakfast buffet, and a Brunch buffet on departure day.
• Sunset party with refreshment in happy hours (17:00 – 19:00)

Program & activities

• The itinerary can be changed without prior notice.
• The time line of this itinerary is not exact, actual timeline will be informed on cruise before departure.
• All activities are included and optional. You can stay on the boat and relax instead of joining outside activities.

Food & beverage on board

• All meals on board are included as clearly stated in the program
• Standard menus onboard are served for all customers. If there is a special food request, please inform us at least 24 hours before departure.

Personal documents and belongings

• Not to be missed: Valid ID card/Passport (necessary for check-in)
• Advisory outfits: sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, sneakers, swimsuit

Cancellation policy

1. Services are cancelled by the clients

In case the clients for any reasons cancel the trip, the following fees should be paid:
More than 45 days prior to check-in No cancellation charge
From 45 to 10 days prior to check-in 50% of total price
10 days prior to check-in or No-show 100% of total price

2. Services are cancelled by Capella Cruises

According to the Ha Long Bay Management Board final decision, the cruise trip could be postponed, shortened or cancelled due to unexpected bad weather, including storm/ typhoon (summer), cyclone, thunder storm, foggy days (winter), monsoon (winter)… In this case, clients will be refunded the total sum of booked services. Should there are any rising services during that time, clients will pay basing on the actual amount.

Children policy

• 01 child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 50% adult (without extra bed)
• 01 child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult (with extra bed)
• 01 child stays in the double/twin cabin with 1 adult: charged 75% adult
• 02 children stay in a separated double/twin cabin are charged 75% adult/ each
• 01 child in a separated single cabin is charged 75% of a full price single cabin.

Peak Season Surcharge

• New Year’s Eve ( 1 Jan & 2 Jan 2023) TET luna year ( from 20 to 28 Jan 2023): USD78 per adult and USD39 per child
• 29th and 30th Apr, 1st May & 2nd, 3rd September 2023: Up to 15% (on room rate, extra person price, extra bed price)
